On February 12, 2025, an expanded online meeting of representatives of the administration, working personnel, and the trade union committee of the State Enterprise "State Road Transport Research Institute" was held.

The agenda included:

1) reporting on the social events held and the fulfillment of the terms of the Collective Agreement in 2024;

2) adoption of amendments to the Collective Agreement for 2025–2026, namely:

• in Appendix 4 to the Collective Agreement "Scheme of tariff rates and salaries of employees of the State Enterprise "State Road Transport Research Institute" - revision of the minimum tariff rate in accordance with the financial plan for 2025;
• in Appendix 12 "Comprehensive measures to achieve the established standards of safety, occupational hygiene and the production environment, increase the existing level of labor protection, prevent industrial injuries, occupational diseases, accidents and fires at the State Enterprise "State Road Transport Research Institute" for 2025", change in accordance with the financial plan for 2025;
• other necessary technical changes and clarifications to the Collective Agreement.

Among the key conclusions of the event: all obligations of the administration of the State Enterprise "State Road Transport Research Institute" have been properly fulfilled. No comments were received from employees and the trade union committee for 2024.
