On June 28, 1996, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the highest regulatory and legal act of our state – the Constitution of Ukraine.

On this day, Ukraine received its Passport as a sovereign, democratic, social, and legal state.

Today, in the conditions of war, the Constitution of Ukraine is not only a legal shield, but also a kind of symbol of the struggle for the right to be Ukrainians on our native land.
